Procuratorate indictment alleges that in May 2007 to now, Yang Changjun Silk Market in Beijing’s Chaoyang District, Ground Floor, 3 tier one warehouse, multiple sales to the merchant market, LOUIS VUITTON, GUCCI, CHANEL brand packs of men and women, after police uncovered.
Police seized from the warehouse of various types LOUIS VUITTON, GUCCI, CHANEL and so a total of 8425 men and women pack, valued at 766.99 thousand yuan. It was identified that these items are registered trademarks of counterfeit goods.
It is reported that Yang Changjun was born in November 1972, household registration is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, August 10, 2009 by the Beijing Public Security Bureau Chaoyang Branch of criminal detention, September 16 was arrested by Beijing Public Security Bureau Chaoyang Branch.
The prosecution believes that Yang Changjun ignored state laws, knowingly selling counterfeit trademark goods, the amount of sales of large amounts should be selling counterfeit trademark goods held criminally responsible.
